1. Eligibility & Account Approval
Wholesale accounts are available to legitimate retail businesses with a valid Tax ID and business credentials. All applications are subject to a professional review process, and SKS Botanica Wholesale reserves the right to approve or deny accounts at our discretion to maintain brand integrity.
3. Payment Terms
All first-time orders must be settled via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer prior to shipment. Established wholesale partners may apply for Net-30 credit terms after successfully completing three consecutive prepaid cycles and providing trade references.
5. Backorders & Out-of-Stock
If an item is unavailable at the time of picking, we will contact you for instructions. Backordered items totaling over $50.00 will be held and shipped when back in stock; items totaling under $50.00 will be automatically cancelled and must be reordered.
7. Use of Brand Assets
Authorized retailers are granted a limited license to utilize SKS Botanica Wholesale product photography and marketing copy solely for the promotion and resale of our goods. This license remains in effect only while your wholesale account is active and in good standing.
9. Changes to Terms
SKS Botanica Wholesale reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted to the wholesale portal, and your continued account activity after such changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing these policies periodically.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern all wholesale transactions and partnerships with SKS Botanica Wholesale. By applying for a wholesale account or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
2. Order Minimums & Pricing
Opening orders require a $500 minimum investment. Subsequent reorders must meet a $300 minimum threshold. All wholesale list prices are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice based on resource availability and market conditions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our Georgia facility. Shipping fees are F.O.B. and are calculated based on actual weight and dimensions. Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days using major national carriers.
6. Returns, Damages & Shortages
Visible damages or shortages must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Returns of non-damaged merchandise are only permitted with written authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Prohibited Uses & Resale Channels
Resale of our products on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is strictly forbidden unless specific written consent is obtained. Violation of our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or unauthorized resale may result in immediate and permanent account closure.
